How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Every subscription email from us (confirmations, reminders, charge notifications) includes a secure magic link to your customer portal. From there you can skip a delivery, change frequency, swap products, update your payment method, or cancel — no phone calls, no forms. Logged-in customers can also access subscriptions directly from their Nut Cravings account page.
When am I charged?
Your card is charged the day each order ships. You will get an email reminder before so you have time to skip or change anything if needed.
Can I skip a delivery without cancelling?
Yes. Open the magic link from any subscription email (or your account page) and click "Skip next delivery" — your subscription pauses until the cycle after.
Can I change the products in my subscription?
Yes. From your customer portal you can swap to a different size, flavor, or completely different product anytime. The 5% subscriber discount applies to whatever you swap to.
What if I want to gift a subscription?
Reach out via our contact page and we will set it up manually — pick the product, frequency, delivery address, and we will bill you on your card.
Is there a minimum order or cancellation fee?
No minimum, no fees. Cancel any time before your next charge date and you will not be billed for the next cycle.
